ask for pricing. Amounts for each item are varied, we may carry only one or several. Be sure to ask us.
Reserving When you find that something special to add to your decor, Items please contact us for availability for your date and check on quantity. After contacting us, we will be more than happy to reserve your rental items.
We do require a 25 % down payment to reserve for your day, which is required at time of booking. The remaining rental balance will be required 2 weeks prior to your event. All rental items are expected to be returned in the same condition as when they were picked up. There will be
extra charges for any damaged items.
Payments Payments can be made by cash or by an e transfer.
Reservation Once we have spoken, a quote will be made up and sent the client will review the quote. The agreement will then signed by client and the initial deposit will be required of 25%. The final remaining balance owing is required 2 weeks prior to your event.
Cancellation If a cancellation is required prior to 2 weeks of your event, your deposit will not be returned. Renter agrees to be responsible for damages to any items and would be responsible for a replacement fee of the item damaged.
Pick up or Renter may choose to pick up rental items from Rustic delivery Ties Wedding Rentals, which the property is located at Onoway, Ab.
Arrangements can be made for delivery of items also, at a rate of $1.50 per km for delivery. We also offer a set up option to help create your desired atmosphere, please contact if interested for pricing.
